About the role
- Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention
- Advise various partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow-ups
- Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations
- Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to work Monday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
