About the role

  • Provide administrative support to Desjardins business units and assist in administering specialized products and member/client accounts.
  • Advise and assist clients and partners; develop tools, methods, and processes.
  • Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs to determine desired outcomes.
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs, and action plans.
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations, and prepare reports.
  • Recommend solutions to address system usage and product administration issues.
  • Take action as required and coordinate the implementation of solutions.
  • Interpret and enforce your unit’s policies, practices, and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in French
