About the role
- Assist members and clients by listening to their needs, handling their requests, and answering their questions
- Advise members/clients on selecting and getting the most out of available tools and channels based on their desired level of self-service and automation
- Support sales efforts by closing sales, processing transactions, and following up as required
- Ensure member and client satisfaction
- Answer phone calls, manage information requests, and forward inquiries to the appropriate person
- Identify business opportunities and help increase sales through proactive outreach and solicitation
Requirements
- Trade school diploma in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in French is required
