About the role
- Work with the board of directors by leading the caisse
- Tap into the full market potential and meet the needs and expectations of members and clients
- Responsible for the high-level strategic and operational management of the caisse
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
- Develop and implement a business plan to meet the caisse’s performance targets
- Manage employees and oversee their skills development
- Ensure service quality and member/client satisfaction
- Serve as contact person for your teams and provide advisory services and specific recommendations
- Maximize the caisse's growth and performance and ensure optimal productivity
- Be accountable for risk management and compliance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
