About the role
- Help meet talent acquisition and management needs
- Staffing all permanent and temporary positions within the General Management of caisses, DBC's and DSS's
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Support all selection committees, including members of caisses' boards of directors
- Develop and deploy recruitment strategies and facilitate in-person selection interviews
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
