About the role
- Support the work organization and operational planning for the Team
- Develop, implement and track the teams action plan
- Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention
- Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
- Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
- Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools
- Knowledge in Auto, Property and Commercial Insurance Lines of Business
