About the role
- Provide administrative and operational support to the organization
- Ensure the completion of the unit's administrative business processes
- Perform analysis
- Produce or revise reports and statistics
- Carry out various administrative, operational and quality controls
- Take corrective measures and carry out the required follow-ups
- Provide support to users in the efficient use of tools and systems
- Perform various administrative tasks related to data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding
- Provide various information related to policies, programs and processes in your field
- Prepare or revise presentations and other related documents
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
