About the role
- Provide administrative support to Desjardins components
- Help administer specialized products and member/client accounts
- Advise and assist clients and partners as part of initiatives
- Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
- Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on objectives
- Solve complex problems using analytical skills and knowledge
- Coordinate and interact with stakeholders in other fields
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
