About the role
- Support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers
- Advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives related to incident prevention, corrective action, IT infrastructure updates, rollout and post-rollout
- Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
- Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities
- Help solve complex problems using analytical skills and extensive knowledge of line of business
- Coordinate and interact with stakeholders working in other fields
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
