About the role
- Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives
- Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations
- Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity
- Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services and ensure entrusted projects are carried through
- Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
- Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools
