About the role
- Support IT efficiency
- Design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade business solutions
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues related to IT rollouts or upgrades
- Respond to moderately and highly complex development and correction requests
- Provide opinions and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs
- Propose implementation plans
- Coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects and initiatives
- Help solve complex problems using analytical skills and detailed knowledge of the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
