About the role
- Provide technical assistance: Work with other teams to help them use the platform.
- Monitor systems: Make sure the SAS platforms are available, operational and stable.
- Manage incidents: Detect, analyze and solve problems in real time.
- Execute automated tasks: Supervise batch processes and automated scripts.
- Document your work: Save incidents, interventions and processes in management systems as an information source for your colleagues and platform users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
