About the role
- Support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining, upgrading and testing quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, infrastructure operations, controls and quality assurance
- Provide opinions and recommend solutions to improve standards, policies and programs
- Propose implementation plans
- Actively help establish and implement a quality assurance strategy for business solutions
- Coordinate planning, design and execution of projects and initiatives
- Help solve complex problems using analytical skills and detailed knowledge of the line of business
- Serve as a resource person for unit, clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
