• Independent handling and qualification of inbound leads across various channels

• Servicing and further development of key existing customers in coordination with the General Manager

• Close collaboration with Key Account Management and support for sales strategies
• Maintaining your sales activities in the CRM system and preparing reports

Sales Manager, Inbound

Administration

• Take full responsibility for all administrative tasks – from preparing proposals to finalizing contracts.
• Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure optimal customer management.
• Support our colleagues at the Hannover, Leipzig, Berlin and Hamburg locations with existing account management.
• Conduct price inquiries for national customer requests.

Sales Administrator

• Build your own customer base with a focus on outbound sales and B2B new customer acquisition to maximize occupancy of our spaces in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, and Heidelberg
• Proactive cold outreach, independent market analyses, and targeted approach to new industry segments
• Manage and develop generated customer relationships and maintain the CRM system
• Attend networking events and trade shows, and conduct site tours of spaces
• Work closely with the General Manager and prepare reports based on your market insights

Sales Manager – Outbound

Administrative Assistant

• Support the site manager with administrative tasks and client relationship management
• Lead the Front Office team and coordinate reception activities
• Serve as host and first point of contact for customers at the front desk
• Maintain the CRM system; prepare and review invoices

Front Office Manager

Operations

• Operational support for conferences and events at the Berlin location.
• Welcoming, briefing and assisting our guests.
• Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Independently setting up rooms and event spaces.
• Support with F&B ordering and inventory management.

Junior Operations Manager

• Responsible for revenue, client retention and lead management in Essen, Bonn, Düsseldorf and Cologne – from cold acquisition to contract signing.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships and proactively acquire new clients in the events sector.
• Represent Design Offices at trade fairs, events and site visits – you are our public face.
• Cross-selling, reporting and CRM data maintenance are a natural part of your sales routine.

Event Sales Manager

• You coordinate the setup and ensure the smooth running of all events and conferences at the Cologne location.
• You are responsible for the operational management and execution of conferences and events.
• With an eye for detail, you ensure the cleanliness of the venue and compliance with company standards.
• You serve customers on-site, prepare tailored proposals, and handle orders in the Food & Beverage area.
• You work hands-on and lead by example.
• With your budget and cost oversight, you support the House Manager.

Service Manager / Operations Manager

• Independently handle and qualify inbound leads across various channels
• Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and close contracts following the DO.Sales methodology
• Manage and develop key existing accounts in coordination with the General Manager
• Attend customer events and networking functions to generate leads
• Work closely with Key Account Management and support sales strategy development
• Record sales activities in the CRM system and prepare regular reports
