About the role

  • Build your own customer base with a focus on outbound sales and B2B new client acquisition to increase occupancy of our locations in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and Heidelberg.
  • Proactive cold calling, independent market analysis and targeted outreach to new industries.
  • Manage and develop acquired customer relationships and maintain the CRM system.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows and conduct site tours.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and prepare reports based on your market insights.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or university degree and at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Confident in cold calling and strong at networking—by phone, in person or in writing.
  • Willingness to travel and proficient communication skills in German and English.
  • Independent, structured working style and high self‑initiative.
  • Ideally, market knowledge of flexible workspaces.
