About the role
- Build your own customer base with a focus on outbound sales and B2B new client acquisition to increase occupancy of our locations in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and Heidelberg.
- Proactive cold calling, independent market analysis and targeted outreach to new industries.
- Manage and develop acquired customer relationships and maintain the CRM system.
- Attend networking events and trade shows and conduct site tours.
- Work closely with the General Manager and prepare reports based on your market insights.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or university degree and at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Confident in cold calling and strong at networking—by phone, in person or in writing.
- Willingness to travel and proficient communication skills in German and English.
- Independent, structured working style and high self‑initiative.
- Ideally, market knowledge of flexible workspaces.
