About the role

  • Operational support of conferences, meetings and events at the Düsseldorf location.
  • Professional greeting, briefing and support of our guests.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, order and compliance with our company standards.
  • Independently setting up rooms for events.

Requirements

  • Completed training in hotel management, gastronomy or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in the banqueting area, guest catering or stewarding – ideally with initial leadership experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
  • Very good communication skills in German and English.
