About the role
- Operational support of conferences, meetings and events at the Düsseldorf location.
- Professional greeting, briefing and support of our guests.
- Ensuring cleanliness, order and compliance with our company standards.
- Independently setting up rooms for events.
- Support with F&B ordering, inventory management and materials disposition.
Requirements
- Completed training in hotel management, gastronomy or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the banqueting area, guest catering or stewarding – ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
