• Oversee client relationships, campaign execution, and independently manage/lead the team
• Deliver digital (social, programmatic, search, ad ops, and retail) strategies to the portfolio and ensure cross-channel collaboration and consistency with teams across all digital platforms
• Promote strategy for client engagements and provide oversight to ensure high-quality work
• Collaborate with senior management to manage resources effectively
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for organic growth
• Engage with clients to assess account health and set strategic goals for improvement and growth

• Have peripheral knowledge of all campaign details and be able to help team with client tactical recommendations and reporting outputs
• Contribute to thought leadership pieces on a weekly basis that helps keep client up to speed on the digital landscape
• Identify ways to bring automation into team processes
