About the role
- demonstrate extensive knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Reporting best practices
- monitor the development of regulatory capital initiatives and participate in the interpretation and implementation of Basel III
- provide technical interpretation and guidance on Regulatory Policy and Reporting issues
- establish the regulatory reporting strategy for the business partner areas
- coordinate the review of process documentation, training content, and advocate for continuous improvement of work processes
Requirements
- a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Regulatory Policy and/or External Reporting
- knowledge of U.S. Capital Rules (Basel III) and bank financial products
- B.A./B.S. with Accounting concentration or equivalent experience is preferred
- C.P.A. and knowledge of GAAP is preferred
