About the role

  • Supports the Head of Business Operations and Head of Business Controls & Systems in various ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives to set-up, communicate and improve company KPIs and standards.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot activities related to timesheet submission and approval process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve timesheet issues and unblock issues related to client invoicing.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to business results and initiatives ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare necessary reports to showcase business operations progress across company including C-level.
  • Provide guidance on processes and policies to internal teams.
  • Contribute to change management and set up best standards and trainings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operations, IT Consultancy, or Service Management.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and reporting levels.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Office365); experience with JIRA and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other European languages (especially French, German, or Portuguese) is a plus.
