Supports the Head of Business Operations and Head of Business Controls & Systems in various ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives to set-up, communicate and improve company KPIs and standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot activities related to timesheet submission and approval process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve timesheet issues and unblock issues related to client invoicing.
Identify and mitigate risks related to business results and initiatives ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare necessary reports to showcase business operations progress across company including C-level.
Provide guidance on processes and policies to internal teams.
Contribute to change management and set up best standards and trainings.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operations, IT Consultancy, or Service Management.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and reporting levels.
Advanced Excel skills (Office365); experience with JIRA and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other European languages (especially French, German, or Portuguese) is a plus.
