- You will take charge of the core of our business: managing our real estate projects from start to finish.
- You will ensure smooth daily project operations, balance the interests of technical experts and property owners, and help our clients achieve project success cost-efficiently.
- Together with our founders, you will optimize planning processes and contribute to the company’s strategic and operational development.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience: Initial experience in project management, customer success, or account management, ideally within the construction or real estate industry
- Resilience: You remain calm under pressure, make smart priorities, and find solutions in challenging situations
- Proactivity: You take initiative to tackle challenges independently and implement solutions effectively
- Organizational skills: You manage stakeholder communication and ensure clear, efficient exchanges
