Operations

• You’ll be part of the **Offline team** and take ownership of our **Last Mile delivery operations across Europe**;** **making sure our products get from the warehouse to the customer, on time and in great shape. Manage daily delivery operations and ensure smooth coordination between warehouses and carrier partners
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Tech) and external delivery providers
• Monitor delivery performance (e.g. on-time rate, delays, customer complaints) and take action when issues arise
• Support new carrier onboarding and improve delivery processes for speed, quality, and cost efficiency
• Handle operational escalations quickly, including missed deliveries and damaged items
• Track key KPIs and assist in preparing reports and insights for performance reviews
• Collaborate on contracts, SLAs, and pricing updates with logistics partners when necessary
