About the role
- Support or act as the primary contact for daily delivery team and client
- Build relationships with important client partners and other teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear and followed
- Run internal and external client meetings
- Observe and identity areas to improve existing processes
- Bring guidance and operational efficiencies to the delivery team
- View of bigger picture and disseminating information to the appropriate parties for execution
- Find and address potential delivery risks
- Remain extremely focused on detail while managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6+ years related agency experience, specifically within digital marketing or marketing operations
- Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with client-facing responsibilities and with giving client presentations
- Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW, along with scope creation and management
- Use business experience / knowledge to identify new business and marketing opportunities
- Experience leading teams
