About the role
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, including campaign objectives and budgets.
- Manage high-value client relationships, address complex issues, and build trusted relationships.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services, with experience in team supervision.
- Working knowledge and experience with digital and performance media.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and processes.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior knowledge in overseeing client budgets, SOWs, and forecasting.
