• Complete dental services within multiple dental practice management software while maintaining PHI and HIPAA standards, including claim submission, claim follow up, payment posting, and benefit verification with data entry
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships related to client satisfaction, retention, practice operations, and profitability
• Document all work in forms, spreadsheets and client software according to standards
• Contact insurance companies to obtain and record accurate and timely information
• Send daily summary of tasks completed to dental office staff
• Prepare and deliver monthly ROI statistics
• Consistently meet company and department policies and expectations including attendance
• Comply with federal, state, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality standards and expectations

• Using your comprehensive understanding of dental RCM and EDI processes, the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to our channel partners and dental support organizations (DSOs) and actively nourishes professional relationships to encourage referrals and business growth.
• Provide timely and comprehensive EDI and technical support to our channel partners and DSOs to ensure quick and reliable resolution to problems they may encounter.
• Act as a point of escalation for channel partners and DSO clients, researching, resolving, and documenting issues promptly and effectively.
• Actively nurture professional relationships with our channel partners and DSO clients to encourage referrals and business growth.
• Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal development and connectivity teams, facilitating collaboration on special projects and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures, including data security protocols.
• Uphold exceptional internal and external customer service standards in all interactions.
