About the role
- Create a positive and productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard’s core values
- Communicate Dent Wizard’s vision and execute on company strategy
- Build and execute a District business strategy, focused on the Dealer/Rental business
- Deliver Dealer/Rental operating performance for the District at or above budget in terms of Revenue, EBITDA, etc.
- Hire, develop and motivate a team of high performing Operations leaders
- Ensure Company resources are deployed profitably by evaluating and recommending investment decisions
- Maintain operations to meet Company provided guidelines regarding safety and compliance
- Partner with Sales to lead Team Sell drive revenue
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and deliver five-star customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required.
- 5 years proven operations experience in a similar type of environment.
- Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.
