About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top-notch customer care
- Greet clients, manage inbound phone calls and emails and answer customer inquiries
- Ensure smooth clinic operations by managing and adjusting clinician schedules
- Keep the clinic organized and tidy
- Assist clinicians by maintaining client files and managing stock orders
- Process payments and track insurance claims
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
