About the role
- Drive and continuously refine the corporate strategy and major change programs
- Be the center point of Demant’s most important strategic programs and projects; tracking progress closely and reporting to the Demant Leadership Team
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders and senior leaders, ensuring alignment and momentum across complex portfolios
- Co-drive cross-functional strategic forums to ensure alignment, direction, and follow up
- Own strategic KPI follow-up and performance tracking across the Group
- Monitor external trends, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience from corporate strategy development and execution
- Significant financial foundation and good analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
- Holistic and long-term strategic mindset
- Deep PMO and strategy toolbox, with solid experience running complex programs involving multiple stakeholders
- Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Strategic Management, Management Science, or similar
