About the role
- Conduct coaching of the clinic staff and provide acknowledging and developmental feedback to staff
- Develop and execute training plans to foster continued development and exceptional performance in collaboration with the HR group
- Evaluate regional staffing needs and determine immediate and future needs plan
- Use the Client Journey and support client expectations in daily actions and coach to these expected behaviors in regional clinics
- Analyze and review all KPI & sales reports and action the necessary steps to maximize per provider productivity opportunities
Requirements
- University/College Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sale, healthcare related field (Optical, pharmacy etc.) and/or client focused industry in a multi-unit management capacity
