About the role

  • Set direction for one of our development teams responsible for designing and implementing the microelectronics integrated into our advanced hearing-aid chipsets
  • Help drive the technical vision for our next-generation System-on-Chip (SoC) platform
  • Build and enable a high-performing engineering team
  • Lead a line organization and work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners across the Agile teams to ensure alignment, execution, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Solid background in electronics or chipset development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and empower specialists
  • Proactive mindset and strong personal drive
