About the role
- Head up Global IT Service Management
- Lead a global team of more than 10 Process and ServiceNow specialists
- Define the global ITSM strategy
- Govern ServiceNow as a key enterprise platform
- Mature enterprise service management processes
- Drive global adoption of ServiceNow across IT and business support functions
- Define meaningful KPIs and reporting standards
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support in prioritizing, allocating resources, and executing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Several years of experience in senior IT Service Management leadership roles in a global organization
- Deep knowledge of ITIL
- Good understanding of structured service management
- Practical experience and technical understanding of ServiceNow
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into practical actions
- Experience in leading change, navigating complexity, and creating alignment in a global environment
- Ability to build engagement and trust, and communicate clearly across cultures and functions
