About the role
- Expand Demandbase’s presence within media and agency ecosystems
- Enable planners and activate partners
- Surface qualified opportunities for the Partnerships organization
- Focus on partner enablement, account coverage, opportunity identification, and RFP support
- Ensure media and agency partners are trained on Demandbase’s value
- Drive planner adoption through structured training sessions and ongoing engagement
- Act as the primary day-to-day partner-facing contact for assigned partners
- Map media and agency partners to Demandbase account teams
- Maintain visibility into partner-aligned planners, accounts, and initiatives
- Support joint opportunities with tight coordination between partners and internal sales teams
- Identify coverage gaps
- Qualify and manage inbound and outbound RFPs and media opportunities
- Support account teams with agency context, positioning, and coordination
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional relevant experience
- Experience in media, agency partnerships, or ad tech; B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of agency planning workflows and media buying processes.
- Proven ability to enable partners and support sales teams without owning a sales quota.
- Experience supporting RFPs and complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable operating cross-functionally.
