About the role

  • Expand Demandbase’s presence within media and agency ecosystems
  • Enable planners and activate partners
  • Surface qualified opportunities for the Partnerships organization
  • Focus on partner enablement, account coverage, opportunity identification, and RFP support
  • Ensure media and agency partners are trained on Demandbase’s value
  • Drive planner adoption through structured training sessions and ongoing engagement
  • Act as the primary day-to-day partner-facing contact for assigned partners
  • Map media and agency partners to Demandbase account teams
  • Maintain visibility into partner-aligned planners, accounts, and initiatives
  • Support joint opportunities with tight coordination between partners and internal sales teams
  • Identify coverage gaps
  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound RFPs and media opportunities
  • Support account teams with agency context, positioning, and coordination

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional relevant experience
  • Experience in media, agency partnerships, or ad tech; B2B experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agency planning workflows and media buying processes.
  • Proven ability to enable partners and support sales teams without owning a sales quota.
  • Experience supporting RFPs and complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable operating cross-functionally.
