About the role

Migrate Flowt platform from Bubble.io to scalable traditional coding environment while preserving data collection, authentication, and document upload capabilities
Develop comprehensive loan management system including borrower and lender dashboards, transaction monitoring, and reporting
Integrate with Choice Bank APIs for sub-accounts, real-time processing, automated debiting, and balance reporting
Implement secure, bank-grade security protocols for financial data and API communications
Ensure responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile in African markets
Collaborate with AI risk assessment system integration and migration roadmap
Phase 2: back-end and front-end development to support loan disbursement and management

Education: Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience: 5+ years full-stack web development experience
Banking API integration experience (preferably African banking systems)
Migration projects from no-code platforms to traditional development environments
Technical Skills: Modern web frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar)
Backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)
Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
API integration
Cloud services (AWS)
Security best practices for financial applications
Preferred Experience: Fintech Expertise: Lending platforms, payment processing, or financial management systems
African Market Knowledge: Understanding of African banking systems and regulatory requirements
Bubble.io Experience: Familiarity with the Bubble platform to assist in migration
Compliance Knowledge: Experience with financial data security standards
Performance Optimization: Experience scaling platforms for high transaction volumes
