• Build and maintain backend services (Node.js/TypeScript) that power Flowt’s debt readiness and financing workflows
• Design clean, versioned REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) for internal and external consumers
• Implement robust validation and normalization for business onboarding data
• Work with file uploads and document workflows
• Design relational data models in PostgreSQL to support complex financing products
• Support integrations with bookkeeping providers and financial systems
• Implement authentication/authorization patterns to protect sensitive financial data
• Write tests for business-critical workflows and keep coverage meaningful

Junior Backend Software Engineer, Fintech Platform

Data Analyst

• Review financial data synced from ERP and accounting integrations for completeness and consistency
• Validate that chart-of-accounts mapping has been applied correctly
• Identify data quality issues in ERP-sourced records
• Cross-reference ERP data against other financial documents to detect discrepancies
• Document recurring data quality patterns
• Review calculated financial metrics for consistency and correctness
• Validate metric outputs against source data
• Review AI-extracted data from financial documents
• Monitor extraction accuracy metrics across Flowt's models
• Maintain a structured issue log of data quality failures and produce regular reports.
• Support the broader operations team with data analysis and structured financial review

Customer Success Manager

• Design and deliver structured onboarding sessions for new Flowt subscribers
• Guide early-stage users through the platform’s core features including financial data capture, AI-generated reports, and financing workflow tools
• Create and maintain training materials including walkthroughs, FAQs, and short-form video guides
• Tailor onboarding experiences to different user types and levels of digital and financial literacy
• Serve as the first line of support for subscriber questions across channels (email, WhatsApp, platform messaging)
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues, guiding users through technical and process-related challenges
• Track and report on support volumes, resolution times, and recurring pain points
• Monitor the subscriber pipeline to identify users who are inactive, stuck, or at risk of dropping off
• Develop and execute re-engagement strategies for subscribers who have not completed onboarding or key platform milestones
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve the subscriber experience
