About the role
- The AR & AP Analyst owns day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable operations.
- Ensuring accurate billing, timely cash application, on-time vendor payments, and excellent stakeholder support.
- Partnering cross-functionally and contributing to month-end close, reconciliations, and continuous improvement.
- Managing collections with a supportive, customer-first approach; resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Assisting with general office ordering and other administrative tasks.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automation.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in AR, AP, or a combined AR/AP role (technology/product company a plus).
- Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals (debits/credits, subledgers, reconciliations).
- Experience with an accounting/ERP system (e.g., Sage 100, Yooz, or similar).
- Basic Excel and Word skills.
- Strong communication skills and a supportive, service-minded approach with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
