The AR & AP Analyst owns day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable operations.
Ensuring accurate billing, timely cash application, on-time vendor payments, and excellent stakeholder support.
Partnering cross-functionally and contributing to month-end close, reconciliations, and continuous improvement.
Managing collections with a supportive, customer-first approach; resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Assisting with general office ordering and other administrative tasks.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automation.

Requirements

Relevant experience in AR, AP, or a combined AR/AP role (technology/product company a plus).
Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals (debits/credits, subledgers, reconciliations).
Experience with an accounting/ERP system (e.g., Sage 100, Yooz, or similar).
Basic Excel and Word skills.
Strong communication skills and a supportive, service-minded approach with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
