About the role
- Lead the development and execution of integrated health and social care strategies that align infrastructure, digital, and operational priorities.
- Design and implement new operating models that integrate people, processes, and technology to improve service delivery.
- Prepare robust business cases and feasibility studies to secure investment and stakeholder buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Manage complex projects and programmes, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against agreed outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven track record in health and/or social care transformation, ideally within the Irish public sector or similar environments.
- Strong client-facing consulting or strategic advisory experience, with the ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes, including risk management, resource allocation, and governance.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, social work, clinical disciplines, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in project or change management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Prosci) are highly desirable.
