Requirements
Proven track record in health and/or social care transformation, ideally within the Irish public sector or similar environments.
Strong client-facing consulting or strategic advisory experience, with the ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes, including risk management, resource allocation, and governance.
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, social work, clinical disciplines, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or related fields.
Professional certifications in project or change management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Prosci) are highly desirable.
