Requirements
3-5 years’ consulting experience within professional services in Ireland or the UK, across a variety of projects; or 5+ years’ relevant industry experience delivering strategic projects in Ireland or the UK.
A relevant third-level degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, Data/Analytics, or related disciplines that provide strong analytical, problem-solving foundations)
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, PMQ), or Change Management are a strong plus.

Good business analysis skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to map requirements and document solutions.
Knowledge and experience of process improvement and Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.

Developing economic or financial models to support strategy, business cases, and investment decisions.
Using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to turn data into meaningful insights for clients.
