About the role

  • Independently manage a diverse portfolio of high-value restaurant partners, developing tailored business strategies to maximise sales, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Own the commercial outcomes for your portfolio, including revenue targets, promotional ROI, and profitability metrics.
  • Use analysis tools to identify market trends, optimise pricing, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with actionable recommendations for partners.
  • Negotiate and execute partner-funded or co-marketing campaigns designed to drive incremental order volume and brand visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for category expansion and new business initiatives to ensure sustainable, long-term performance across your network.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience in account management, business development, or strategy, preferably within food delivery, F&B, or e-commerce.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and a proven ability to use data (via tools like Looker) to drive ROI-based decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to lead contract negotiations and manage complex partner portfolios.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a passion for partner success.
