About the role
- Help Deliveroo grow, retain and monetise its customer base across all verticals
- Support and lead high-impact workstreams that inform where and how we grow, improve the consumer experience, and drive long-term commercial value from customers
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and GMs to translate strategy into execution
- Own tracking and reporting of key consumer KPIs across workstreams
- Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to build frameworks for performance monitoring and forecasting
- Lead specific workstreams or initiatives within broader cross-functional programs
Requirements
- 6+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations or a growth-related role in a tech or consumer business
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work from incomplete data sets
- Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive structure, clarity and progress in complex environments
- High personal ownership and bias for action, while knowing when to escalate or seek alignment
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across a diverse set of teams and perspectives
- (Bonus) Experience in marketplaces, consumer tech, food delivery or multi-market ops
