About the role

  • Help Deliveroo grow, retain and monetise its customer base across all verticals
  • Support and lead high-impact workstreams that inform where and how we grow, improve the consumer experience, and drive long-term commercial value from customers
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and GMs to translate strategy into execution
  • Own tracking and reporting of key consumer KPIs across workstreams
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to build frameworks for performance monitoring and forecasting
  • Lead specific workstreams or initiatives within broader cross-functional programs

Requirements

  • 6+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations or a growth-related role in a tech or consumer business
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work from incomplete data sets
  • Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive structure, clarity and progress in complex environments
  • High personal ownership and bias for action, while knowing when to escalate or seek alignment
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work across a diverse set of teams and perspectives
  • (Bonus) Experience in marketplaces, consumer tech, food delivery or multi-market ops
