About the role
- Drive the successful rollout and adoption of our platform across enterprise clients.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, optimising onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless implementation of product deliverables.
- Enhance the customer journey and mitigate project risk to elevate enterprise satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Asana, Productboard, Jira, …) to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
- Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Understand cloud-based technologies and SaaS products to effectively oversee project implementation.
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with key client contacts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with 5-8 years of experience in total within the enterprise software or technology sector.
- Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Proactive and resourceful with a focus on achieving project goals.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Understanding of cloud-based technologies and SaaS products.
- Working knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles (basic understanding is sufficient).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, …).
- Bachelor's degree preferred; however, strong project management experience can supersede formal education.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
