Your Impact: Sales Director, Strategic Accounts — lead Deliverect's expansion in the U.S., fuel revenue growth, market expansion, and partner acquisition within QSR industry.
Role Type: Full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule; self-starter expected to make Deliverect a leading US player within 18-24 months.
Key Responsibilities: Fuel business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing complex sales opportunities; focus on greenfield opportunities and top QSR brands.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities: Travel and network — significant travel (up to 20%) to client meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions, sometimes on short notice.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately forecast sales and pipeline, prepare sales reports and presentations, and analyze sales data to shape go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Quickly learn and autonomously pitch and demonstrate products; identify exhibitions and face-to-face opportunities to generate leads.
Requirements
Minimum of 7-10 years of proven commercial sales experience working with the largest U.S. QSR brands.
Dense, existing network within numerous leading QSR brands and experience closing large, complex deals.
Relentless drive to prospect and initiate new conversations; strong desire to overachieve targets.
Experience selling software with a consultative sales approach; ability to identify customer pain points and provide strategic recommendations.
Resilient, adaptable, coachable, and efficient time management; able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.
Willingness and comfort with frequent travel (up to 20%), sometimes at short notice.
Nice to have: experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk); experience or strong understanding of hospitality, food tech, or POS systems.
