About the role
- Central point of contact for complex technical issues
- Support 2nd Level Support by analyzing and resolving problems
- Conduct in-depth investigations of system behavior and relevant configurations
- Work closely with the Core Products Team
- Evaluate issues and requests from day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
- Several years of experience with agile working methods (Scrum or Kanban)
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database queries
- Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
- Understanding of software architectures
- API knowledge, particularly JSON and XML data formats
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong personal responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Highly motivated, resilient, team player with flexibility
