Backend Engineer

• As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you continuously evolve our foodservice software and ensure that all processes in the gastronomy, catering, and healthcare sectors are covered.
• You work at the interface between frontend and backend and are responsible for the architecture and implementation of new features.
• In close collaboration with our other superheroes (product teams), you optimize existing solutions and implement new functionality.
• You also act as a technical point of contact and support colleagues and customers in implementing requirements.
• You will have room at Delegate to learn exciting new topics and experiment with new technologies to further develop your skills.

• Als Superheld:in im Service Management Team übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Sicherstellung unserer Service Level Agreements (SLA) als 2nd Level Support.
• Du arbeitest nicht in einem Callcenter, sondern in einem hoch spezialisierten Team.
• Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Betreuung unserer B2B-Kunden per Ticket-System und Telefon.
• Die Erarbeitung von Lösungen für Kundenanfragen, die Erstellung von Business Requirements und das sorgfältige Management von Issues, Defects und Tasks.
• Du planst und führst Softwareupdates bei Kunden durch.
• Arbeitest eng mit dem Implementation- und dem IT & Infrastructure Team zusammen und erstellst monatliche SLA-Reports.
• Deine Verantwortlichkeiten zielen darauf ab, die SLA-Einhaltung sicherzustellen und die Kundenzufriedenheit durch effiziente Prozesse und transparente Kommunikation zu maximieren.

Support Engineer

• As part of our 3rd Level Support, you serve as the central contact for particularly complex technical issues.
• You support our 2nd Level Support, which interacts directly with our customers.
• You analyze and resolve issues that could not be fixed in earlier support tiers.
• This includes in-depth investigation of system behavior, log files and relevant configurations.
• You act as an internal subject-matter expert and assist 2nd Level Support with thorough analyses, guidance and proposed solutions.
• You evaluate incidents and requests from operational activities and hand them over in a structured way to the Core Products team for further implementation.
• Jira is used to manage and prioritize requests.
