About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the technical application operations of our customer solutions
- Managing our customer applications during ongoing operation
- Analyzing technical issues
- Setting up and maintaining monitoring
- Loading and verifying databases
- Coordinating with our data center partner
- Collaborating with the Service Team, IT & Infrastructure, Development and QA
- Ensuring reliable technical operations and standardizing recurring procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical understanding of applications, databases, server environments and operational processes
- Experience in technical application operations or a comparable role
- Knowledge of databases, ideally SQL Server
- Experience with monitoring, logfile analysis or technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
- Enjoy analyzing existing processes and developing them further in a meaningful way
- Willingness to take responsibility and proactively advance technical topics
- Clear and dependable communication with internal teams, customers and external partners
- German and English fluent in spoken and written form.
