About the role
- Support New Hire Onboarding with FRC, PPE, profile creation for several systems, and file storing for personal documents.
- Facilitate safety training, badging, and ongoing lab work and background checks for facility access.
- Oversee use of Visual Planning – the Operations Scheduling system.
- Ensure consistent and accurate schedules.
- Maintain training records and qualifications.
- Maintain facility information and entry requirements.
- Resolve any system issues and assist users.
- Distribute PPE (safety) gear for field facing Artisans, managing orders with 3rd party vendor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an office HR or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in alignment with US business hours.
- Proficiency with HR management systems.
