About the role
- Manage comprehensive toll-free number lifecycle including inventory maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot toll-free number functionality issues
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze usage patterns
- Ensure compliance with international telecommunications regulations
- Provide technical support to partner organizations
- Configure and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud CX platform settings
- Generate ad hoc global call reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications support
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX platform
- Experience with international telecommunications infrastructure, particularly in APAC and EU markets
- Proficiency in SIP protocols and VoIP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
