Supervisor

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities of MRSS (Crisis Intervention/Prevention) to ensure clinically appropriate goals and procedures are accomplished
• Responsible for managing a clinically appropriate 24/7 crisis program for children
• Develops and maintains procedures/policies for daily operations: mobilization of crisis workers to hospitals, schools, homes and other community agencies
• Provides daily crisis case management and assigning of cases on an as need basis
• Monitors daily crisis interventions and risk factors for individual cases
• Responsible for making the final decision to hospitalize or to place a child in a crisis bed
• Facilitates ongoing crisis training to encourage growth among crisis counselors
• Communicates effectively and professionally with all customers, including children, parents, and other agencies

Youth Crisis Program Supervisor

General

• Conduct outreach and follow-up to children and families who have engaged with crisis services.
• Implement the Caring Contacts protocol through phone calls, mailers, and electronic communication.
• Conduct outreach to children and families who decline or disengage from crisis services.
• Maintain contact with former clients and families to assess ongoing needs and provide appropriate referrals or follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal and external service providers to support client care plan.
• Advocate for the needs of youth and families within the program and with external agencies.
• Prepare and submit regular case updates and reports.

Crisis Engagement Specialist

Therapist

• Provide clinical behavioral health services in the community to DGS Clients.
• Attend and engage in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision.
• Provide evaluative, diagnostic, and psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Collaborate with DPBHS and other area providers as needed.
• Conceptualize course of treatment inclusive of appropriate modalities, interventions, frequency and duration of clinical services.
• Assess clients' needs and risks by utilizing crisis intervention skills and/or services.
• Maintain an assigned caseload in compliance with agency standards related to direct clinical care.
• Engage and collaborate with community resources, make appropriate referrals, and consult with other agencies on behalf of clients.

Community Services Therapist – Part-time, PRN

• Providing clinical behavioral health services in the community to DGS Clients
• Provide psychoeducation to children, adolescents, and their families; and collaborate with DPBHS and other area providers as needed
• Assess clients needs and risks by utilizing crisis intervention skills and/or services
• Teach, practice and support ongoing skill building in the home, school and/or community to increase resilience in children, adolescents, and families

Mobile Therapist, Part-time, PRN – Bachelor's Level

Learning and Development

• Develop and implement a targeted recruitment strategy for crisis program roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, workforce boards, and community partners.
• Coordinate job postings, recruitment events, career fairs, and outreach activities specific to crisis services.
• Support equity-focused recruitment efforts to reflect the communities served.
• Partner with leadership, supervisors, and HR to streamline hiring workflows and reduce time-to-fill.
• Track recruitment metrics including applicant volume, vacancies, and hiring timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify retention risks and trends.
• Support implementation of retention initiatives such as mentorship, career pathway development, and recognition and incentive strategies.
• Monitor recruitment and retention data to identify gaps, successes, and priority needs.

Crisis Workforce Development Specialist

• Provides evaluative, diagnostic, and psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families
• Conceptualizes course of treatment inclusive of appropriate modalities, interventions, frequency and duration of clinical services
• Assesses clients’ needs and risks by utilizing crisis intervention skills and/or services
• Applies knowledge related to developmental factors, family and community systems in order to develop and implement treatment planning
• Maintains an assigned caseload in compliance with agency standards related to direct clinical care
• Demonstrates comprehensive skills in providing evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to build resilience in children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Provides feedback and suggestions for program improvement
• Engages and collaborates with community resources, makes appropriate referrals, and consults with other agencies on behalf of clients
• Completes required documentation for clinical records within established timeframes.
