About the role
- Delivering workshops and presentations to groups of various size
- Conducting one-on-one or small group field coaching with clients
- Track progress in meeting client objectives and adjust when necessary
- Communicate routinely and effectively to the client leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change, or operations with safety responsibility, or in an industrial consulting role, or in a safety role
- CSP or equivalent, LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
