About the role

  • Build and further develop volunteer personnel administration
  • Contribute to manual HR processes with the aim of structuring and automating them
  • Maintain personnel overviews, mandates, roles and responsibilities
  • Support the creation and management of contracts, agreements and documentation
  • Participate in building the HR area in close coordination with People, Recruiting and Organization
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of qualification and training programs in the volunteer sector, in particular as part of DEHIB Masterminds
  • Potentially contribute to transferring these programs to other associations and organizations
  • Interface work with other areas of DEHIB

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, personnel administration, People Operations or comparable fields
  • Enjoy structured work and process optimization
  • Interest in the combination of operational HR work and systematic development
  • Confident use of digital work environments, ideally Microsoft 365
  • Reliable, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Interest in volunteering at a professional level
