About the role
- Build and further develop volunteer personnel administration
- Contribute to manual HR processes with the aim of structuring and automating them
- Maintain personnel overviews, mandates, roles and responsibilities
- Support the creation and management of contracts, agreements and documentation
- Participate in building the HR area in close coordination with People, Recruiting and Organization
- Support the preparation and follow-up of qualification and training programs in the volunteer sector, in particular as part of DEHIB Masterminds
- Potentially contribute to transferring these programs to other associations and organizations
- Interface work with other areas of DEHIB
Requirements
- Experience in HR, personnel administration, People Operations or comparable fields
- Enjoy structured work and process optimization
- Interest in the combination of operational HR work and systematic development
- Confident use of digital work environments, ideally Microsoft 365
- Reliable, meticulous and able to work independently
- Interest in volunteering at a professional level
