Social Media Manager

• Onboarding into our projects, project plans, and current developments
• Preparing complex topics for different target audiences
• Developing and maintaining a strategic content plan that defines what is communicated, when, and through which channel
• Creating website content such as articles, pages, and project-related texts
• Conceptualizing and producing social media content
• Independently creating graphics, slides, and posts using Canva or similar tools
• Close collaboration with communications, project leads, and design
• Continuous development of DEHIB’s content foundations

Affiliate Manager

• Build and further develop volunteer personnel administration
• Contribute to manual HR processes with the aim of structuring and automating them
• Maintain personnel overviews, mandates, roles and responsibilities
• Support the creation and management of contracts, agreements and documentation
• Participate in building the HR area in close coordination with People, Recruiting and Organization
• Support the preparation and follow-up of qualification and training programs in the volunteer sector, in particular as part of DEHIB Masterminds
• Potentially contribute to transferring these programs to other associations and organizations
• Interface work with other areas of DEHIB

HR Business Partner

People Operations

• Overall responsibility for people, culture, and organizational development at the association level
• Strategic design and management of DEHIB’s volunteer architecture
• Develop structures for recruiting, selection, appointment and onboarding
• Design and implement training and development programs for volunteers
• Define and enforce culture, performance, and integrity standards
• Provide strategic HR and organizational guidance to the federal board on all personnel and organization-related matters
• Structure committees, working groups, and mandate-based work in accordance with the GVP (distribution-of-duties plan)

Chief People Officer, Volunteer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Overall responsibility for the strategic financial and capital management of DEHIB
• Investor outreach, negotiation leadership and transaction support for investments
• Structuring of equity, financing and co-investment models
• Preparation and management of liquidity and financial planning at the association level
• Act as a sparring partner to the federal board on capital allocation, growth strategies and risk management
• Preparation for the transfer of operational transaction activities into a future holding
• Ensure a clear separation between the association and commercial units in accordance with GVP
• Strategic oversight of holdings and group-like structures

Chief Finance Officer, CFO – Volunteer

• Strategic advice and hands-on involvement in all finance-related matters
• Support for M&A projects, investment models and structuring
• Analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, nationally and internationally
• Sparring on capital strategies, co-investments and partnership structures
• Contribution to business plans, financial models and decision papers
• Assessment of market conditions, risk, governance and scalability
