Business Operations

• Development, implementation and maintenance of business plans, cash flow planning and financing strategies
• Support and structuring of seed financings and the development and maintenance of investor relations
• Participation in the establishment and design of economically active entities (e.g., gGmbHs (non-profit GmbHs), GmbHs, foundation models)
• Development of sustainable business models to finance the association and its subsidiaries
• Support in the preparation and review of contracts, equity/participation models and cooperation agreements
• Building and maintaining strategic business relationships with institutional partners, investors and funders
• Advising the federal board and the founding team on all business, financial and structural matters

• In this role you will develop new product ideas, design user-friendly interfaces, and translate complex concepts into tangible, testable solutions:
• Conceptualization and elaboration of product and business models
• Creation of idea sketches and business canvases to clearly represent product logic and value propositions for target groups
• Development of mockups, wireframes and dummies to visualize ideas and processes
• Production of visual prototypes to demonstrate core features and user flows in a tangible way
• Planning and execution of dummy tests: organizing test runs, collecting feedback and evaluating results
• Iterative optimization of product design based on user tests, feedback and data analysis
• Documentation and reporting of all ideas, test results and optimization steps for traceability and transparency
