Recruitment

• You are responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, from requirements analysis with the specialist departments to the successful placement and handover of the role.
• You create and publish targeted job postings on relevant platforms (e.g., JOIN, LinkedIn) and continuously optimize them to attract suitable volunteers for DEHIB and strengthen our organization sustainably.
• You coordinate and conduct phone and in-person interviews and support the departments in conducting interviews.
• You maintain and further develop our ATS (JOIN) and ensure a clean candidate pipeline.
• You actively contribute to building our employer branding as an attractive volunteer organization.
• You contribute to the ongoing development of our recruiting strategy and bring your own ideas.
• You support the onboarding of new volunteers and ensure a warm, structured introduction.
• You help develop HR processes and templates (communication templates, guidelines, checklists).

Recruiting Business Partner

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and take responsibility for the strategic financial and capital architecture of DEHIB within the framework of long-term growth objectives
• Build, evaluate and further develop business plans, financial models and scenarios for existing and new initiatives
• Develop a sustainable investment and capital strategy (equity, debt, grants, co‑investments)
• Prepare for and support discussions with investors, funding partners and financing partners
• Advise the federal board on capital allocation, growth decisions and financial risk assessments
• Establish governance structures for holdings, subsidiaries and affiliated entities
• Ensure a clear financial separation between charitable (nonprofit) and commercial activities

Chief Finance Officer, Volunteer

• Entwicklung und Verantwortung der strategischen Finanz- und Kapitalarchitektur des DEHIB im Rahmen der langfristigen Wachstumsziele
• Aufbau, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Businessplänen, Finanzmodellen und Szenarien für bestehende und neue Initiativen
• Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Investment- und Kapitalstrategie (Eigenkapital, Fremdkapital, Fördermittel, Co-Investments)
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Gesprächen mit Investoren, Förderpartnern und Finanzierungspartnern
• Beratung des Bundesvorstands bei Kapitalallokation, Wachstumsentscheidungen und finanziellen Risikoabwägungen
• Aufbau von Governance-Strukturen für Beteiligungen, Tochtergesellschaften und verbundene Einheiten
• Sicherstellung einer klaren finanziellen Trennung zwischen gemeinnützigen und wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten
