About the role

  • Lead partner ecosystem for DeepHealth’s Population AI Health portfolio
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard global and regional distributors and channel partners
  • Develop and execute partner enablement plans, sales training, technical onboarding, and joint GTM strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with AI platform aggregators and integrators for embedding Population AI solutions
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to drive channel and aggregator revenue aligned with global sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities across developed and emerging regions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure localized success and partner-readiness
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track partner performance, revenue contribution, and customer success
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and drive continuous improvement across partner management processes
  • Remote role requiring domestic/international travel up to 40%

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel/partner management, strategic alliances, or global business development within health tech, digital health, AI, or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, population health models, value-based care, and public-private health initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing global distributors and partners, ideally in regulated healthcare or government procurement contexts
  • Familiarity with AI, data platforms, and digital health interoperability solutions
  • Experience working with international or national health systems and private hospital market (preferred)
  • International work experience (preferred)
  • MBA or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and adaptability
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on approach and eye for scalable solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
